Gebelik diyabeti olan kad\u0131nlar bir kad\u0131n do\u011fum uzman\u0131 ve endokrinolog taraf\u0131ndan dikkatle izlenmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diyabette beslenme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Beslenme diyabet kontrol\u00fcnde kilit bir rol oynar. Uygun aktiviteler aras\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f, y\u00fczme, bisiklete binme ve yoga say\u0131labilir. Egzersizi ya\u015fa ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa g\u00f6re uyarlamak \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0130zleme ve \u00f6z-izleme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diyabetli ki\u015filer kan \u015fekeri seviyelerini d\u00fczenli olarak bir glukometre ile \u00f6l\u00e7melidir. Ayr\u0131ca bir endokrinolog, g\u00f6z doktoru ve kardiyolog ile periyodik kontroller \u00f6nerilmektedir.
